Shelley Kossak

Shelley Kossak is NCSE’s Director of Development and University Relations. Ms. Kossak is responsible for overall development strategy and activities for NCSE’s programs. She is also responsible for membership for the University Affiliate Program, which includes over 160 universities and colleges across the US.  She serves as a member of the NCSE’s conference team. Prior to joining NCSE,  Ms. Kossak served as Vice President and Washington Director of the Population Resource Center for ten years. She has extensive experience in nonprofit program development and management with expertise in organizing educational programs for national and local policymakers, having worked at the Coalition of Northeastern Governors and the National Association of Counties.
